I applied for insurance while I was healthy however due to the agents mistake I had to resubmit for approval about 6 months later and got it approved this time.

By this time I has some symptoms however not serious.

Can the insurance company refuse to pay up for the claims made and requests to sign exclusion?

6 mnth after my medical policy was approved,I visited a doctor and during that time I told the doctor that I had some symptoms for about 6 months.
