still getting the same error, then create an local account, instead of the Microsoft account.

A local account is an account that gives you access to only one PC. If you create a local account, you’ll need a separate account for each PC you use. None of your settings will be synced between the Windows 8 PCs you use, and you won’t get the benefits of connecting your PC to the cloud. If you want to download apps from the Windows Store, you’ll need to use a Microsoft account.

Follow these steps to create a local account:

Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.

(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

    Tap or click Users.

Tap or click Add a user, and then tap or click Sign in without a Microsoft account

    Tap or click Local account.

Enter a user name for the new account.

If you want this person to sign in with a password, enter and verify the password, add a password hint, and then tap or click Next.

If your PC is on a domain, the domain security settings might let you skip this step and just tap or click Next, if you prefer. People can create their own passwords later.

    Tap or click Finish.

I easily have fastened an same project earlier in spite of the indisputable fact that it is not a 2 minute interest as you want to create the Microsoft WinPE disc that would want to help you a million. acquire WAIK from the Microsoft website and create a WinPE disc. 2. Boot the defective laptop employing the WinPE disc 3. In WinPE run the command "internet consumer ADMINISTRATOR /lively:definite". this would enable the disabled administrator account 4. Reboot and log in to abode windows as Administrator (password is clean) 5. If for any reason the administrator password isn't clean then you actually will favor to acquire yet another application for resetting admin passwords. I easily have some those, one freebie that works 50% of the time and one paid ($20) that works for all time i'm hoping this enables you
