What is the best stock to buy if we drop off the fiscal cliff?

Since it's never happened before, no one really knows for sure. Don't listen to the people who say gold will go up - since the government will raise taxes and cut spending, the reduction in the deficit will (if anything) result in gold decreasing in price. My plan is to stay minimal in stocks.
