    Yeah If You Are Getting At Near Half The Price Of A New One And Atleast A 32GB Variant.. As 16 GB Is Really Low If You Are On To Gaming And Movies, As They Range From 1 GB To 2GB+

    Yes, just make sure the iphone doesn't have a bad ESN, isn't stolen, and if the seller is trustworthy.
