What If anything did my dream mean?

I dreamt we went to see the new Bond movie SkyFall. we sat in separate sections of the theater. The movie started and it was at first a little hard to understand. as it went on it was obvious Bond was on some mission to obtain something. he had a female partner and they became trapped an a Matrix type illusionsional world were he could not tell what was real or a dream. Because he was captured and submitted to torture of my kind (drug induced) therefore he would have dreams that he thought was reality. He eventually discovered this and he realized that he was living in a surreal parallel world which was a dream. He escaped from the enemy one time as he was walking through a street and saw a large load of steel pipes which were really rocket type ships which he found himself on one. It split into several other smaller craft as he wandered through the Galaxy. But other things started happening to him which made it hard to distinguish from reality and fiction. The girl he was with was killed inside an apartment when fired upon during a raid, looking for them. He was able to go back in time just before the raid and reset what had happened. It was then he discovered he was trapped and had been drugged and his life was not real. After resetting time the girl went outside with him and to test his theory or maybe to just have her killed he put her in danger during the raid. She was killed again.

I remember seeing needle tacks on his arm, or my arm, as I was Bond. He finally discovered that his enemies had created a world he could not tell what was the real world or a made up one. Unless he looked in a mirror and saw spots on his face.

Therefore I woke up not knowing what was real and a dream myself. I may have to go back to bed to reset my own clock. I felt I needed to put this down before I forgot it.
