How would you respond to being treated in this manner?

Once again I find myself being treated in an unprofessional manner from your facility known as Hollywood Casino in Charles Town, West Virginia. As a stock holder and a life long patron at this location I am appalled at the behavior of your Casino Staff.

My issue is so absurd it is embarrassing to express my displeasure.

My spouse and myself arrived yesterday from Virginia at your Casino. I played craps on table # 301 from approximately 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM on 12/18/12. I had no issues and the manner in which I was shooting dice was consistent.

My problem come about this morning when I arrived back at your Casino at about 5:45 AM on 12/19/12. When I arrived I was the ONLY patron playing on the craps tables. Once again I was playing on table number 301. I was the only person shooting dice for 30 minutes. My dice rolls were consistent and no one complained to me. This is important as I feel any Casino should be consistent and fair at all times. I request that the security tapes be reviewed and examined for unprofessional behavior on the part of your Casino staff. On both days I was wearing a maroon pull over sweater. I will be easy to spot.

At approximately 8:10 AM the table bit poss said in a low voice to tell him (meaning me) to make sure both dice hit the back wall. I heard this one time. At no time did the pit boss make eye contact with me nor did anyone instruct me I was not throwing the dice to the Casino standards. The tapes will clearly show I was throwing the dice in the exact same manner on both days. No one said a word to me until this incident this morning at about 8:10 AM.

Abruptly and to my shock, the dice were taken away from me and given to the next shooter. I was shocked at this action and picked up my 10.00 pass line bet and requested the dice back. The pit boss (who never made eye contact with me) refused to give me back the dice and said if I did not put my 10.00 wager back on the pass line I would be thrown out of the Casino. I gave this a few seconds thought and replaced my pass line wager. The dealer next to me on my right told the pit boss that I had replaced the wager. This was not good enough for him. He refused to allow me to put the 10.00 back. I did exactly as he requested. I didn't agree with it but it was not something worth getting upset about. I should state at no time did I use profane language or act in a manner that would be construed as inappropriate.

The pit boss to my shock and horror called security and had me thrown of the property and banned for life. I spoke briefly with a Michael Repetto. Who was called to the table by the pit boss and I attempted to plead my case. Mr. Repetto refused to give me his business card, stating that he did not have one. I had to ask 9 times for someone to please write down Mr. Repetto's name. I even ask Mr. Repetto to please write down his name for me. He told me he didn't have a pen.

I have a wall socket in a bedroom and for some reason it is very hot when I touch it. Does anyone know why this could be? I took off the socket plate and the plate itself was quite hot. The socket is not working and there is no power going to that bedroom. I can only assume because of the heat, there is juice getting to the socket. Do I need an electrician>

Because he was captured and submitted to torture of my kind (drug induced) therefore he would have dreams that he thought was reality. He eventually discovered this and he realized that he was living in a surreal parallel world which was a dream. He escaped from the enemy one time as he was walking through a street and saw a large load of steel pipes which were really rocket type ships which he found himself on one. It split into several other smaller craft as he wandered through the Galaxy. But other things started happening to him which made it hard to distinguish from reality and fiction. The girl he was with was killed inside an apartment when fired upon during a raid, looking for them. He was able to go back in time just before the raid and reset what had happened. It was then he discovered he was trapped and had been drugged and his life was not real. After resetting time the girl went outside with him and to test his theory or maybe to just have her killed he put her in danger during the raid. She was killed again.

I Have noticed (mostly in the mornings) that after a bowel movement I can see a slight discharge coming from the penis. This only happens after a bowel movement. The discharge is usually clear or slightly grayish in color and is quite sticky and moderately thick. It is also sweet to the taste. It has many of the same properties of sperm. I went to closing today. The seller has not fixed items in the house as agreed to on the ratified contract. The seller has had 25 days to date to complete needed work. Fix a boiler, have proper air (a/c) flow in the basement. Remove any existing mold in basement. Since the seller is clearly in default, besides my escrow money, what other monies, punitive damages can I sue for or request? Assuming the seller does not in a reasonable time come to a mutual agreement. What legal means can I pursue? I have invested money on a home inspection, home appraisal, home insurance. What else can I ask for? Assuming the worst case scenario and the seller never complies with the ratified contract.

Without naming any particular complex, is it legal for me as a consumer to warn other potential incoming residents that bed bugs are widespread in our area? That for there own health and well being, it would be in their best interest to go to a website like ApartmentRatings.com to read reviews that are posted there by residents? Many of which advertise on Craigslist. Lets say one of your properties is call Santa apartments. My sister has suffered a concussion from a hard blow to her head. Cognitive response to fairly simple tasks are difficult and require excessive delayed reactions. She has a limited ROM in all spheres. How can a lawyer help her at this point? The blow was a result of gross negligence.

I suffered a serious blow to my head. I was told I has a concussion by my personal MD I have pre-existing dental caries and my teeth in general have not been in great shape. However after the head injury,which partially also was a blow to my mouth. I have noticed loose teeth towards the upper front of my mouth. They were not loose before the trauma and accident. I told my Dr.they were not loose before the blow. However he simply wrote dental caries on my medical records? Does he not think a serious head trauma-mouth injury could loosen poor quality teeth??? How can he make a claim like this?
