Penn National Gaming, Stock symbol PENN Charles Town Casino?
Once again I find myself being treated in an unprofessional manner from your facility known as Hollywood Casino in Charles Town, West Virginia. As a stock holder and a life long patron at this location I am appalled at the behavior of your Casino Staff.
My issue is so absurd it is embarrassing to express my displeasure.
My spouse and myself arrived yesterday from Virginia at your Casino. I played craps on table # 301 from approximately 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM on 12/18/12. I had no issues and the manner in which I was shooting dice was consistent.
My problem come about this morning when I arrived back at your Casino at about 5:45 AM on 12/19/12. When I arrived I was the ONLY patron playing on the craps tables. Once again I was playing on table number 301. I was the only person shooting dice for 30 minutes. My dice rolls were consistent and no one complained to me. This is important as I feel any Casino should be consistent and fair at all times. I request that the security tapes be reviewed and examined for unprofessional behavior on the part of your Casino staff. On both days I was wearing a maroon pull over sweater. I will be easy to spot.
At approximately 8:10 AM the table bit poss said in a low voice to tell him (meaning me) to make sure both dice hit the back wall. I heard this one time. At no time did the pit boss make eye contact with me nor did anyone instruct me I was not throwing the dice to the Casino standards. The tapes will clearly show I was throwing the dice in the exact same manner on both days. No one said a word to me until this incident this morning at about 8:10 AM.
Abruptly and to my shock, the dice were taken away from me and given to the next shooter. I was shocked at this action and picked up my 10.00 pass line bet and requested the dice back. The pit boss (who never made eye contact with me) refused to give me back the dice and said if I did not put my 10.00 wager back on the pass line I would be thrown out of the Casino. I gave this a few seconds thought and replaced my pass line wager. The dealer next to me on my right told the pit boss that I had replaced the wager. This was not good enough for him. He refused to allow me to put the 10.00 back. I did exactly as he requested. I didn't agree with it but it was not something worth getting upset about. I should state at no time did I use profane language or act in a manner that would be construed as inappropriate.
The pit boss to my shock and horror called security and had me thrown of the property and banned for life. I spoke briefly with a Michael Repetto. Who was called to the table by the pit boss and I attempted to plead my case. Mr. Repetto refused to give me his business card, stating that he did not have one. I had to ask 9 times for someone to please write down Mr. Repetto's name. I even ask Mr. Repetto to please write down his name for me. He told me he didn't have a pen.
I feel this action was unfair and certainly does not warrant the actions that were taken against me. I was humiliated and treated very badly. I will use the social network to my last breath to overturn this biased and unfair reaction.
If I need to pay to have this story put in the Washington Post, I will. If I need to take my story public I shall. I feel no one should have been treated in the manner I was. The tapes speak for themselves.
Does anyone that ventures to a Casino deserve to be treated in this Manner? I first came to this race track in 1960. Long before Penn Nat'l Gaming was ever born. I supported this track in hard times. Yes I do feel I am owed the respect that years of support should bring. If you want people to obey house rules, stop blasting music in the background and maybe they could hear. Is it fair to ban someone that has no idea anyone was complaining? Of course it isn't. It is just bad customer service. The world doesn't function this way. Las Vegas would never ban an individual unless they were cheating or violent.

Welcome to Yahoo! Answers. People come here to ask questions, then folks like me will try our best to answer them.
I promise you that nobody on the staff of this casino reads these forums. To say this was a waste of your time is an understatement.
Come back sometime when you actually think of a question.

Not the right place to vent your anger on PENN. Please, invest in MGM, WYNN and if you don't care about drug allegations LVS.
Yeah, they may have not complained about your shooting earlier, but once you stop hitting the back wall, you are going against the rules of the house and they have every right to take the dice away.
Now, with the whole pass line wager thing, I am sure there is more to the story but it is a contract bet and you picked it up illegally......Changing shooters mid-term does not allow you to pick up the bet as sometimes Don't pass players will do that while shooting.
Anyways, you don't need to pay for this story to go into the Washington Post or cause them bad publicity. You need to contract the shift manager for that time period, casino manager, table games director, director of casino operations or whoever is highest up in table games. Any of those people should be contacted. They don't owe you anything so good luck getting the information you want...It is a private business, they can kick you out if they want.

If you have a problem with the casino and/or it's staff visit one of there cages and ask for a manager. Venting on a public forum that has no connection to the casino, will get you nowhere.
