Is there a way to make a pop-up ALERT window right before logging off a computer?

I need to have an ALERT show up every single time I log off my computer, which can happen a different times of the day. Is there a way to set up this type of alert screen? Where and how? I run Outlook 2010 Version 14+, if that helps, on a Windows 7 platform. I'm semi-computer-literate, but don't have admin access to the computer, if that is needed. I can GET it if I have to.

For the purpose of...? The computer can not intuit your intent to log off, so it must be sensitive to your actually logging off. If you are wanting to alert others on your local area/office network....you need to contact a local area net work specialist at Microsoft inc.. Using inter office memo would have to suffice if Microsoft didn't have the foresight to program user listing activity for local area networks.

I don't think there is a software for popping up right before logging off.

By the way why do you need a pop up before logging off a computer?
