Tim Richmond , but also in my opinion casey elliott the nephew of bill elliott . he was winning all kinds of races on dirt and was gonna be brought up when he turned 18 but died of cancer . I really think casey would have been a good one but not a lot of people outside of georgia got to see him race before he got sick.
