Chances of a nba expansion?

Slim chance.

i'd like to see the nba in a few more cities, but realistically it's not happening any time soon. the whole reason we had the last lockout was because small-market teams are struggling to profit, and the league had to force the players to amend the cba to fix that. the main reason small-market teams are struggling is because in the last few years, star players have been bunching together to make super teams in the larger markets. this causes the small-market teams to struggle competing both on and off the court.

so adding more teams in the league as it currently is would just give the super teams more easy wins in their regular season schedules since the expansion squads would be starting from scratch. and the current small-market may not be able to profit as much as they would've hoped under the new cba since there would be more teams that they would have to share revenue with.

i would still like to see a few more teams, but it would have to be at a point in time where it's feasible financially and with enough talent to spread around.

There no need for a further expansion for NBA teams .

Zero. They are having enough trouble filling half the stadiums now. Just imagine how low it will be when the NHL starts back up.

Not a good chance but the kings may relocate. Actually I think they will but idk because I don't care about the kings. I hope they're the sonics
