Why do people on yahoo answers hide their past questions and answers?

Is it shame of what you have asked of said. No one knows who you are so what is the problem if others see your question and answer history

    People go through them and report them if they don't like you.

    Yahoo needs to make anything over a week report proof if you want us to allow it.

    Some, but not all of them, don't want people to figure out that they're point gaining, though there's usually other ways of telling. Others just want some privacy.

    If I were "the power's that be" at Yahoo, ALL Q&A's would have to be open.

    Also: All who participate would have to accept messages.

    Way too many who do mischief and hide behind being anonymous.

    i used to think that way, but then some people always refer to my past Q&A in my newer ones even when the subjects were different.

    I don't hide my Q&A. I leave it open for all to see.

    They have asked the question several times or they will lose credibility.
