WHY are people so stupid ?
Why are DRIVERS SO stupid as they are ACTUALLY actively TEXTING while operating a motor vehicle ???? Especially Stupid, Inconsiderate Idiots who put every other vehicle in DANGER ?? The same goes for the people with phone in hand, as they fly erratically ( GOES FOR BOTH) weave down the freeways ?? Not forgetting those females slapping on make-up as the are looking in the mirror NOT eyes on the road..What is wrong with you ? Am I the only one fed up ? And what can be done??? Pull off the road and take care of your nonsense ...
Not ranting, but I have no choice (work) but drive and this is more than just being human, its a common sense thing as well..toss in some selfishness as well... Example, a good friend was nailed by a Semi when he ran the red light, guess what ? HE WAS TEXTING...they had it on the phone and tower pings. BTW her young son was in the vehicle with her. She was one of the fortunate ones, although SERIOUSLY injured ( she almost lost her leg, not to mention her sons head injury ). she and her son survived, a long recovery period, and it's been close to 6 months already..is that fair ?, But had this moron not been texting he might have been paying attention..avoided harming 2 innocent people...SO yes it's a question.. This Goddess doesn't drive and text, I get a call it get's ignored until I exit the freeway, what does that make me ? Smart.

Preaching to the choir.
My daughter is getting a PhD in highway safety and one of the things they work on is trying to reduce distracted driving. But no matter what we do, the ability to catch a person driving while texting is very low and generally, fines only get levied after a crash has occurred.
They have not yet figured out a way to prevent this without turning the country into a police state. The constitution prevents the level of surveillance needed. So instead we are working on self driving cars.

Are you asking a real question or just ranting?
If you are asking why people are so stupid just read a history book.
What can we do? Hope that natural selection takes its course.
Sadly though, with all the laws and regulations our government keeps coming up with, we keep protecting stupid people from thier demise.

Yes, people are stupid, especially when driving. I can't stand it when I get behind someone who goes 20 mph and neglects to use their turn signal.

I'm sorry that you are a Goddess and you are perfect -- but for the rest of ones, we are human beings, we make mistakes, we do things we shoudn't.
However, since you are a Goddess, you should be able to avoid mere mortals.
