In Multiplayer Magic the Gathering...?
In a Multiplayer battle with 4 people present, if you attacks me with a 4/4 and I block with a 6/5 my creature would survive, and his would die. But on the next players turn, if they used an instant to inflict 1 damage to my creature would my 6/5 die because i defended against a 4/4 the previous turn leaving it at 6/1?

The damage must all be dealt in the same turn to kill the creature. During the cleanup step of the turn (which is the very last step in a turn), damage is removed from each creature.
It is important to remember that the ONLY damage that reduces toughness comes from creatures with infect or wither. Your creature will be a 6/5 with 4 damage on it till the cleanup step, that is all.

1. damage are removed at every end step so he has to damage it in the same turn to kill it.
2. creature toughness doesn't reduce for being damaged. It just get marked with damage. if a creature is marked with damage equal or more than it's toughness it's destroyed by state based actions.
