Florence welch for sure:) Definitely definitely check her out if you haven't already! She's my favourite because I think she's got a stellar voice and its just so unique as well as her music is magical! Also try Paloma faith...just discovered her and really like it:) It's hard to list people with the best voices...only ones I like. So here are some I like:

Jack White (obviously not the best voice, but I still love it)

    Lana del Rey

    Adam Lambert is actually phenomenal

I really like Matt bellamy's voice (Muse)!

And...I'll say it, but panic at the disco. Love it.

Try City and Colour. Dallas Green's voice is heavenly.

Well I really enjoy Reina Tanaka and Ai Takahashi of Morning Musume they sound like flutes, I don't have an inkling for male voices.

    Ai and Reina :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCQytT5XR60

Although they don't have a large range compared to other singers in America I prefer their voice over Beyonce, Mariah, Celine, Christina, Adele, etc because of their uniqueness, and their fluttery tone. Like I said no one in American pop has their tone, they sound like flutes.

Freddie Mercury and Aretha Franklin. Same voices though in a way. Freddy was a huge fan of Aretha.
