What is the horsepower of my 92' chevy silverado 305 v8 auto trans?
just wondering because all these new cars are posted their HP and I kind of wanted a comparison.

My '97 GMC Sierra had a factory rating of 230 H.P.--That is an OBD II vehicle--'95 and newer--The older trucks had a TBI system--(throttle-body injection) MY truck has MPI--(multi-port injection)--an injector at EACH intake port--this system makes MORE horsepower--I'd rate your rig at about 200 HP, give or take a few---Maybe less--it is NOT over 200--that TBI is NOT MFI!
