Which protein powder would you recommend?
I want to start working out as a new years resolution, to gain some muscle (and hopefully some weight). I've tried random protein powders in the past, and never found one that tasted good enough to use it on a constant basis. What would you recommend as something that works well and still tastes good? I usually prefer chocolate flavors, and even then I find more chalky protein powders than actual good ones. Thanks in advance for your help :)

Plant based protein powder like Vega.
Their normal ones are excellent, especially the vanilla chai when you mix it with vanilla almond milk!
But since you're working out, their 'performance' line will help you out more.

Tastes good and it's good for you, without needing to consume so much whey (dairy) products on a daily basis which aren't good for you.

Whey protein powders are the best in my opinion. You should look for ones high in protein and with minimal calories. Www.bodybuilding.com has plenty of delicious shakes to choose from and they are multiple times better than ones you'll find in stores
