You don't need an AV program that will remove it, and I don't think there is one that will remove it.
Use this program to get rid of it. No need to install it.
AdwCleaner is a program that searches for and deletes Adware, Toolbars, Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUP), and browser Hijackers from your computer. By using AdwCleaner you can easily remove many of these types of programs for a better user experience on your computer and while browsing the web.
The types of programs that AdwCleaner targets are typically bundled with free programs that you download from the web. In many cases when you download and install a program, the install will state that these programs will be installed along with the program you downloaded. Unless you perform a Custom install, these unwanted programs will automatically be installed on your computer leaving you with extra browser toolbars, adware, and other unwanted programs. AdwCleaner is designed to search for and remove these types of programs.

Open adwcleaner, click on the search button. A log file will display when it finishes, close it.
Then click the delete button, you will be asked to restart your computer, do so.
After your computer restarts open adwcleaner again, and click the uninstall button to remove it...Simple.

Your AV and antispyware are not able to completely remove it because Funmoods is not a virus nor a spyware. It is however a potentially unwanted program. Here's how to remove it:

Once you’ve run them, download the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, to try and ensure that nothing has been left behind. Install it and get updates, then run a full scan:

No AV will keep you 100% protected, but sensible browsing will.

I would suggest either install Immunet or Kaspersky antivirus. These are the very good antivirus software.
