How long does USPS Priority International take to ship from US to Indonesia?

I ordered a few things from Tobi.com on 18 december and it started shipping from usps that same day. It said it takes around 1-2 weeks but its almost 2 weeks now. My order number is 676655 but is that the same as the usps tracking number cause apparently when i track it, the sample number is CP 000 000 000 US, not 676655 and when i type in 676655, it says "Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office." Also, whats the difference with priority international and first class international?
