What is the ideal graphics card for my pc?

My current setup is:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k 3.40GHz

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670 (HIS)

Memory: 8GB 1600MHz

PSU: Antec 650w Earthwatts (or something like that :P)

My price range is no more than $200.

I would like to get 40fps average on battlefield 3 maxed out (1080p, ULTRA preset) if not more.

Any ideas or links maybe?

Thanks in advance!

P.S. my motherboard supports PCIE x16 3.0 if that helps in my decision making.

Update:

@Aamer Currently on my GPU I get about 27-35fps on low settings 1080p for BF3.

I'm not very impressed with it.

Go for the AMD Radeon HD 7870 as it has excellent 1920x1200 (full hd) performance. It even has a good performance in 2560x1600(ultra hd) resolution also. If you are looking for a sub-200$ gpu, you can opt for Radeon HD 7850 which has Excellent 1920x1200 performance and a Good 2560x1600 performance in most games with lowered detail.
