Which Amendment will be next?

it only follows naturally that the 4th will be next, if you dont give up the guns they will break the door down an search for them

Geez....people love to talk about our country becoming communist, socialist, marxist, but yet I get the feeling that no one really understands what these words mean. There have not been any Amendments taken away, so there isn't a 'next.' However, there are been several added - such as the Patriot act, which definitely does affect our privacy - something that was implemented during the Bush Administration.

When you are really unable to write things like this or have your freedom of speech taken away, then you have things to complain about, but since you still have that freedom, perhaps you should feel lucky.

Oh, and where are your links to prove that all of these flags were burnt and that only one person was prosecuted and the other wasn't?

EDIT: But what you fail to mention is that when Mexicans burnt the American flag, they were in Mexico, not California. Just like Arabs burning the American flag in their own countries - we cannot prosecute them for doing this in their own country. The White person that burnt the Mexican flag in Arizona did so and was prosecuted, further showing the hate that many claim does not exist in Arizona. Perhaps the one who should wake up and smell the coffee is you, and you can start out by quit watching only anti-immigrant propaganda websites.

The fourth amendment will probably be next. Government searching your home for guns which will be made illegal. Gov. Cuomo of New York is already talking about confiscating guns from the people.
