People complain about the pressure of society but...?

isn't it a good thing to be judged? Just think of all the things you would do if nobody could judge you. I don't think it is a good thing to have to change your complete personality and/or appearance to conform to society...but doesn't this pressure keep a lot of us in order?

Society seems to be your peers... all looking and deciding what way we all need to be. How we dress, how we act, how we think...

There's a lot of emphasis put on name brand clothes, hair styles, having expensive items, big homes, credit cards, etc...

Is it good to be judged according to those things? Not really. Girls diet and puke up food to be skinny, people pick apart those who aren't as fashionable, many men and women don't look past a plain face or care about how a person really is.

Most peer pressure makes people feel they have to conform to be accepted. It takes a strong person to go against it and be okay with the ending result of not fitting in.

I think good morals and values being taught will undo some of the damage peer pressure brings about.
