It depends on what internet security you are looking for. Virus protection? Try AVG, Avast, or Microsoft Security Essentials. Malware? Try Malwarebytes Anti Malware. All of these can be found in the downloads section on cnet.com. If you are looking for something like Norton's Internet Security Suite of Mcafee's version of the same than no. There are free trials but in the end they are products you'll have to pay for (besides that Norton is the most godawful pain in the rear around).
