Could you please help me answer these questions on Isaac Newton?

I have a huge project about Newton I have to do, and I can't find this stuff anywhere. Could you help me answer these 3 questions?

1) Did Newton think people could govern themselves?

2) Did he think humankind was basically good or bad?

3) what are the underlying ideas behind Newton's political thinking?

Thanks for your time, guys.

    1) These questions are very specific, and I don't believe they can be researched. However, they can probably be answered logically. Perhaps consider the time era that Isaac Newton lived in (1600's). He uses this quote: This most beautiful system of the sun, planets, and comets, could only proceed from the counsel and dominion of an intelligent Being. [...] This Being governs all things, not as the soul of the world, but as Lord over all; and on account of his dominion he is wont to be called "Lord God".

He subliminally states here that, yes, there is a God, who can govern all things (people). So maybe the answer to the first question is that he does not think so, because he believes in God, and he is the Governor or all things and people.

    2) If Isaac Newton believed mankind was good, he must have been an extremely moral human. Isaac was not to appreciated because his theories in Science went again religion and the church, so logically thinking, if mankind was so evil towards him, why would he have any faith in the human race? HE was the one making numerous scientific discoveries, and was still bashed at.
