Brain tumor or pinched nerve?
Lately I have been experienced numbness/tingling mostly on the left side of my body that last for 10 seconds to about a minute. Tonight my fingers on my left hand felt weak I guess you could say and that lasted about 30 seconds or so. I saw the doctor and mentioned the numbness and he says he thinks its a pinched nerve or something along those lines since I'm only 20. Does it sound like a pinched nerve or something worse? I've also been dizzy lately.

a pinched nerve is a LOT more likely than a brain tumor.
it could also be a partial seizure.
if it keep happening, you should see the doc again.
especially the dizziness.

You need a minor adjustment, make an appointment with a chiropractor who uses a snapping tool, cannot think of this tools proper name at the moment. A treatment costs around $40.00 in most areas of the country. Give it a try, you will not regret it.
