I wish my dream were real?

Alright so last night I had a really good dream and when I woke up from it I felt like crying. Now I am really sad (maybe even depressed) because I am wishing it was reality. Is this normal?? Tell me if this has happened to you because I'm really upset! How am I supposed to deal with it? It is starting to feel like it's taking over my life!

I won't be able to help you, neither will anyone else. You need to look at dreammoods.com at their dream dictionary and look up the aspects of your dream to find out what that dream means TO YOU. Once you discover that, you will be more able to separate your feelings of the dream. I have used this for almost 15 years, it has never let me wrong. Look up colors, sounds, tastes, images, etc. everything you can think of to look up, look it up! It will help you a lot to put that dream together. A lot of people have dreams that feel so deep to them, usually it is just something your subconscious mind is trying to tell you.

I believe that dream interpretation is possible and might be profound but also that it is complicated and requires considerable context.

I once had a dream that was exquisitely beautiful and I felt heartbroken when I awoke. While not all dreams are in any clear way meaningful, I think that we should listen to them and seek to find meaning. I look upon them as messengers from the deep and the deeper the feeling, the more important the message.

Freud believed that dreams were about what we wanted and what we feared and I think he was at least partly right. For insight, ask a trusted friend or a wise acquaintance to try to help you. The answer will come from you but you might not find it on your own.

Well, I think it's NORMAL. Everyone has a dream.

I had a dream that I found my right person, he was a very good guy and I loved him, we kissed each other and hung out a lot. And when I woke up I was so upset and sad because I realized it was just a good dream and I didn't even know who was the guy in my dream. I still remember my feeling in that dream, even though it was more than 5years ago lol :-)

I don't have information about what the dream was about!!! And that is important, but I will do my best. IF...the subject of your dream is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to achieve or do, then the dream is a reflective dream of the 'heartache' you feel at not being able to achieve whatever the dream is. MOURNING a loss of some type is 'typical' and it can be with disturbing dreams too. If this is it, then you will have to try doing so MUCH prior to bedtime that your mind is tired and you don't dream so emotionally. Try some mini-mind control by saying to yourself prior to bed that you will dream of happy things over and over until you fall asleep.

But if the subject of your dreams IS SOMETHING THAT CAN HAPPEN, then you mind is 'trying hard' to GUIDE you toward making a goal of TRYING to achieve it!!! IF you FAIL....then wouldn't you be just where you are right now???

The best things we can have in life are achieved by planning, goal setting and ACTION. You are able to do that with your dream subject also!!!

    Blessings and hope this helped!
