Can I use egg whites instead of whole eggs in a meatloaf? i.e. egg beaters?

    the white is not as sticky as the whole egg so it will most likely be more crumbly

    Yes, you won't notice a difference because in meatloaf the egg is just used for binding it altogether. .

    Yes you can. The egg is the binding ingredient to keep it together.
