    A "friendial"(sic) relationship is a FRIENDSHIP

    In other contexts what about simply "FRIENDLY"

    Pls be more specific. What are you trying to say? If you are describing something that belongs to a friend, like a car, you say "my friend's car". If a person is cheerful and outgoing you describe them as "friendly".
