Is this a good gaming/live streaming computer?!?

I am about to spend $1100 +/- on a new computer, I will be using the computer for gaming and live streaming most of the time, I will also be editing videos on this computer. What is YOUR opinion on this computer for gaming with ultra graphics and video editing?

Processor: AMD FX-8350 4.0 GHz 8-Core 8MB L2 Cache & Turbo Core Technology

Cooling: Liquid Cooling 120MM Radiator & Fan

Motherboard: CrossFireX GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 AMD 970 Chipset Socket AM3

Ram: 16GB (4GBx4) DDR3/2133 MHz Dual Channel

Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB

Power Supply: 700 Watts - SLI/CrossFireX Ready

Hard Drive: 1TB Sata-III 6GB/s 32mb Cache 7200RPM HDD

Sound: HD 7.1 Audio

20% Overclock!

I just want to run all games on ultra, while having Skype and xSplit live stream open! Will this computer do that, easily? If so, will this computer also be able to live stream in 720p/1080p?

Yes - it's a good computer. I would contact them asking them if they could exchange the processor for an intel i5-3570k as it performs better and costs less. Of course, they'll charge you, but I have to admit you found one of the better prebuilts.

Although, I do highly recommend building it yourself as you could save $100+

Don't bother with the Liquid Cooling, as it's unspecified, which means it's probably junk compared to a Hyper 212.

Get a 990FX instead of the 970 if you're going that premium.

    Get an SSD.

Or better yet, if you're spending 1100, get an i5.

Intel CPUs are better than AMD, no explanation necessary.

actually none of this will help unless you have internet speeds above 16 mbps!
