I have been without a cell phone for a while now, and would like to purchase a cell phone for a fair price that also has fair prices for the plans. What do you know about Virgin Mobile? Please list the Pros/Cons, and suggest any other company! Thank you!

They have fairly priced phones..plans are reasonable.
Customer service sucks. If you have a problem it takes forever to get to a real person to talk to. And some phones don't get very good service either.
