I'm wearing a navy blue strapless shirt with a little bit of ruffles at the bottom of the shirt. I was thinking about wearing navy blue heels? But I'm not sure. What heels do you think I should buy? (it's for a party)

i would go with the navy! it would look really good. pick a fun pump or boot that would be comfy to stand and dance in.
another color you could go with would be nude, or a patterned navy or blue shoe. anything with some navy or the basic nude would be good!

I think a high gloss white heel would be adorable with your outfit (link one). Or you could try a powdered blue colored heel (link two).
