What if you have a youtube account and you can't view your videos on a mobile phone?

If someone has a youtube account and wants people to view their videos on a mobile phone but for some reason it won't let them how do you fix it? the video camera is a handy cam HD and the computer they fix it on is a mac book pro. The videos upload on the channel just fine and they are viewable to anyone, it's just not viewable on a phone or anything like that. Please help me

Update:

And yes there is a song on the video, and i have gotten a copy right notice but i have no idea how to make it so its not like that.

Have you had any copyright notices (have you EVER uploaded a song, video, remix of a song over a video) recieveing one from youtube can stop your videos being able to be viewed from any mobile device such as an IPOD or Iphone

    Hey there,

Adobe Flash Player is the solution if you see a black screen while you 're watching videos, or if you have other problems watching them on Youtube or on Facebook.

You can get Adobe Falsh Player for free from this link http://bit.ly/1sxRIPS

    Hope it helps.
