She is NOT a balloon molly. She does appear to be pregnant. Get a breeding net or a tank divider if you plan to keep the fry. Watch her closely and out her into the net when its getting close to time for her to give north. Remove her after she has delivered her last fry.

It's possible she's in the earlier stages of a pregnancy, especially if she was in a tank with males. Do you want to keep the fry? Mollies are usually pregnant for about 4 weeks, so keep an eye on her. If she is pregnant, her belly will grow, and she'll probably get more lethargic and hide more. Like other livebearers, mollies are known to eat their babies when they're done giving birth, so if you want to keep the fry, I would invest in a breeder box; it keeps the fry separate from the mother (and the rest of the community) so they have a better chance of surviving.

This doesn't look to me like a pregnant Molly. Certain mollys are bred into different shapes these days. If she continues to grow only in here stomach area, then yes. Otherwise, no. You would surely notice if she was pregnant, she will start to swim funnier and gain lots of width in the stomach area.

Its impossible to tell from the video. If you just got her today, was she kept in a tank with males? Then its likely she is. If it was a rank of females then no.

you didnt say how old your dog is. if she's less than say 7 months old , i doubt that she is pregnant. if she's a puppy , then of course not. if she has a big round tummy, get her wormed and watch her condition. if thats all it is she will be fine. dont wait any longer . round worm is life threatening and it can affect you as well.
