Seasonal job position?
I have recently been laid off of my job after a year along with several other employees; it is mind boggling that certain employees who are less productive or new have been allowed to stay. Can someone tell me how company heads (bosses or employers) they base their decisions it's unfair I've volunteered on a few of my off days also having perfect attendance it seems ridiculous or could be because I'm a 18 black male judged upon as young dumb and incompetent or lastly could be the massive amount of employees hired for seasonal positions =\

is that your attitude at work?
why do you feel that they think of you as "young dumb and incompetent" ?
does your job performance lead to such an opinion of you?
no way to say why they are going to put you on a lay-off. i would imagine that it has to do with your job performance, attitude, attendance, or some other issues such as those and not because you are black or that they over-hired seasonal employees...

Summer school teacher? ice cream shop? Rent canoes or boats, surf shop, beach and water stuff. Winter stuff, like sleds and snow shovels.
