Have you done anything to help the second puppy? Held it to it's mom and help it find a nipple, while soothing and encouraging your girl to relax and allow the second pup to nurse?

If she has more puppies inside she will be restless and the only pup that gets attention will be the one that goes to her for it. Are you sure she has finished whelping?

Take her to the vets for a post natal check up, it's important that you do, they will give her an injection to clear her out and make sure she and her pups are all well.

    A vet can help.

Take the female and the puppies to a vet. Or call your dog's vet and ask them what to do. There is an emergency vet or most vet offices have emergency numbers if it pass their regular hours.
