A difficult law question?

9 years ago I was convicted of 1st degree burglary. The day before I had been let out of the hospital from a nice long stay suffering from intractable epilepsy and was severely suffering from postictal psychosis. No it does not make the crime excusable. I opened up someone's door and yelled in their house all messed up after a seizure. I sat 6 months for it. The horrible attorney should have never let me take a plea deal of 23 months. I know it sounds sick with only having one year of paper left but can this be taken back to court somehow? Could the outcome end up worse? And right now I'm incompetent to stand trial on another case but not commit able. So is it possible to get a retrial on this case possibly be held incompetent and let it be held in limbo for a couple years and go off my record?

You could never get a retrial but depending on the state you reside in you could ask to have it expunged. (Removed from your record) Good Luck to you.

no chance at all at getting a retrial
