Here it is. This question has my emotions running high so I'm leaving you smart people to make my decision. A few months back I moved back to Minnesota because it rocks. Cops are more friendly as far as atv laws. We are in the recreational hub of Minnesota. Anyway I called the local snowmobile club to volunteer and the guy was a douche. I got mad and told the guy to come get the signs and put the snowmobile trail somewhere else. (it goes through the back swamp on our land) I feel the kids are the ones who may suffer if another land owner won't let the trail go through their property. The guy is a jerkin and I don't even want him on our property. I don't have a sled but they are fun for the kids. The money is also good for our community. But it just pisses me off that the guy was so dang rude. What would you all do? I feel I should call back and just let this go? Please help. I don't want to be a douche bag too;)

9 years ago I was convicted of 1st degree burglary. The day before I had been let out of the hospital from a nice long stay suffering from intractable epilepsy and was severely suffering from postictal psychosis. No it does not make the crime excusable. I opened up someone's door and yelled in their house all messed up after a seizure. I sat 6 months for it. The horrible attorney should have never let me take a plea deal of 23 months. I know it sounds sick with only having one year of paper left but can this be taken back to court somehow? Could the outcome end up worse? And right now I'm incompetent to stand trial on another case but not commit able. So is it possible to get a retrial on this case possibly be held incompetent and let it be held in limbo for a couple years and go off my record?

My buddy was storing a snowblower and the owner came to pick it up. The other day the owner beat up my buddy and the dude came to get it my buddy said he'll no get out of here. Dude pushed him down, and came in the house took his stuff and left. Cops said no law was broke? Not burglary, trespass, or anything? Any ideas here

Please, I just got a divorce. Im 34. Been married ten years. Wife cheated, again. Well anyway she's pregnant and her boyfriend in prison and she wont leave me alone, I love her so much. I cry big time, but she has my kids, she has my heart. I was smoking pot in the past and that's why she said she cheated??? I don't trust her. I have epilepsy and have enough to worry about, just did treatment and now im in a group home. I love her and miss my 2 kids but?? Help me..any advice???

I have a question I need help with and quick too. My cheating wife was pushing me around last night, my nine year old called the cops because we were yelling at each other. The cops came and my wife left with my kids. Today she said she is getting on order for protection. I have epilepsy, am disabled, have no family, no money, no drivers license, don't work. am i going to be kicked out on the street? She is the one attacking me. Anyone please help. im in Minnesota

This is very very difficult to ask but my family is severely being affected by my wife's civil rights being violated at her work place. For about 5 years my wife has been abused by her boss. Harassment, bullying, verbal abuse. She is being screamed at for hours at a time. This is happening very often ans my wife refuses to do anything for fear of loosing her job and being recent home owners the fear of not having the income is frightening. Not having an understanding of the laws and not to mention the fact that the person who owns the company has millions and millions puts us at well, its putting all of us in a very unhappy living situation. After years of tears it is time to do something but what can be done? How do you possible do anything without kissing your job good bye? My wife is the sweetest, most kind person and this just tears me up to know she is being used as a punching bag. Seriously, would trying to do anything be a waste of time? Anyone with experience please help< please

My mother came to visit the last three days. yesterday it was almost a head on with a semi truck, today almost smoked a turning car. and there was 3 or 4 other times that were almost accidents. she is going to hurt someone. what can be done? she was talking about floaters in her eyes? she acts like things are jumping in front of here but they are not and it is very scary. She won't stop by just telling her to park her car, and she does know that her driving is bad? any suggestions? any legal things? I don't think the eye test at the DMV can see these floaters but the driving skills are horrid

the little girl is 8 and the size of a 5 year old,frequent respiratory infections, thrush that won't go away, can't eat any sugar. Many cystic fibrosis symptoms but I guess the first test was negative. what else could it be? I'm just worried.

3 weeks ago I had 4 grand mal seizures, a week in the hosp. ever since my right eye has been twitching all the time almost constant. my body has also been twitching. the seizures were so hard. I'm still so slow upstairs. reading is way hard almost impossible. thinking? Think the eye twitching will stop? think this is permanent damage? this is very scary any info will help.

06 Malibu, I need to find it and know what it looks like. the car is going in to get repaired and I need to know that it was replaced. the dealership is jerking us around with a car and not repairing it. I found out what is for for them and now they can fix it or they can keep the car. Thanks so much
