Can I sue apple for deteroriating my vision from using their iphone?
Because the way the interface is designed, it is displayed like a very small laptop screen, and it is uncomfortable to zoom in when browsing the net/safari.
Blackberry has even smaller screen, but web sites are displayed in columns, with fairly large enough character to read.
It is apple's design flaw to not utilize larger screens (like on some android phones), or arranging the websites on safari in easier to read format. If this continue I'll need to stop using iphone for browsing (which is one of my main reason to buy them in the first place), or I'll need new lens for my eyewear very soon.

You want to go to court and argue that the small screen has effected your eye sight. It's not enough for you to say "the small screen ruined my eye site". If saying it where enough then I could say, "Your question has caused me emotional stress". Saying it isn't enough. You have to have some kind of evidence. If you can prove that a design flaw in the iphone was a direct cause of your bad eye site, then you can sue them. But you have to have proof. I don't think you can prove it.

You have better chances sueing your parents for giving you bad genes that make you susceptible to such effects - if they even exist and your eyes wouldn't have deteriorated anyway.

It's your choice to use it - they didn't force you to do so.
