what is the clear coating used on bricks and cement?

Could someone tell me what is the coating used to cover and protect bricks and cement it is clear and also graffiti paint will not stick to this . I have paid many dollars for paint for my basement and it dosent last . this clear coat was used on the rahway train station and the amc movie theater in linden and last for decades thanks gurkirpal singh

That product is anti graffiti specific the links are below Generally your looking for concrete sealer which is specific for the application links below The anti graffiti stuff is way more expensive then standard concrete sealer
