    1. From the center (-2,-4) to (0,-3), a segment would go right 2 and up 1. Scaling by 3 changes it to right 6 and up 3 from the center. The new point is (4, -1).

    2. Same thing, just do it for three points.

    (1, 1) to K: left 2, up 2. Scale of 2 makes it left 4, up 4. K' is (-3, 5). The answer has to be A.
