So my employer pays time and half for overtime and time and a half for holidays.
This new years i am working 8 hours after working 44 hours so it will be 8 hours of overtime on a holiday.
i know policies may change between companies and such but does anyone know how i would be paid for those 8 hours? would it be double time? thank you!

all you are entitled to is time and a half for overtime, your employer may pay double time but they are NOT required to....... if you really want to know how the will pay you ask them....

Depends on your employer. Since they are allowing you to work a full 8 hours most likely time and a half.
Ask them

Unless you're in a Union with varied pay tiers, you will get the standard time and a half for that 8 hours.
