is this dress ugly for new years? going to a club with other girls in dresses :)?

just wondering if this looks bad or if it looks kinda "ugly" or "clashy" weird...lol honest opinions plz. It was a very cheap dress at a thrift store, I thought if i was gunna go out i wasn't gunna spend tons on a dress...so heres the link. http://i1287.photobucket.com/albums/a637/Sarah_Jil...

I paid 13 dollars for this dress, so wearing it for one night doesn't matter much to me. I like animal print, and i like how its mostly black, with just a little animal print underneath. in the pic you can't tell but the material is sheer with sparkles and its over a light purplish colored animal print, i like it for 13 bucks, but thats why i bought it lol

Update 2:

the comments about not liking it is fine, not everyones still of dress. I dont necessarily look "trashY' or "cheap" because the dress was an 80$ dress before I bought it at value village, its just got animal print. Its not sure short, no extreme cleveage, its not skin tight and not really "trashY' but maybe a little "cheap" in price. The construction of the dress is great, good material and even rhinestones on the straps. I dunno, doesn't seem as bad as ya'll thinkk lol

    Looks like cheap but will be enough for new years...you don't need to pay more than 13 dollars for a one night dress...

    I liked it from the picture but then I read your description of it and changed my mind. It does seem kinda trashy, but for new years its pretty good and you could always make it look more classy with nice shoes and a good jacket or blazer. and at least its not skin tight and you're not half naked in it

    I'm sorry but I think it is cheap and ugly. I wouldn't wear it to a dog fight, even a free one.

    well you wanted honest opinions, so i have to say i don't really like it. but what matters if you like it, so if you do, wear it, but if you don't, don't.
