Why does urban fashion seems to stop evolving since the 2000s?
If you take someone from the 70s and put him in the 80s, he would look really strange / out of place.
Same if If you take someone from the 80s and put him in the 90s.
Or take someone from the early 90s and put him in the 00s. They would all look like they came from the past.
But a time traveller with typical fashion of the early 00s would fit just fine in 2013? Why?

Most people today know what looks on them and have their own way to look good without listening to other people might say.
