Looking for a William Gibson quote?
I'm trying to find a quote from a Gibson story (although from which story, I'm not sure) about people who have become so hooked into passively sitting behind a screen to have turned into a mutant creature known as a 'consumer'.

I'm not sure this is the quote you want, but given what it says, I'm guessing it's the right book you'll find it in -
