Russell Wilson vs RG3?

This is a stupid question. Look at Russells maturity and poise compared to RG3. Also look at the stats and you will see that R.W. is more aggresive and moves around the pocket more often because he has better vision. R.W. should have been in the pro bowl but of course the name "RG3" is over hyped...compared to R.W. atleast.

So Stacey you say you think Wilson should win the ROY yet admit the Seahawks have a better more rounded team than the Skins. It would stand to reason to me that RG3 is doing more with less. Plus the guy missed a game and has only been about 80% the past two weeks. I honestly have no problem with any of the guys mentioned here winning and it probably should go to Wilson. And this is coming from a Redskins fan.

I want to say Russell Wilson will win ROY, but I also I am VERY much aware of the East Coast biased NFL we play in. I know Luck has the rookie passing yards record, but Wilson has the rookie TD record (shared with Peyton). TDs win games, yards don't. Just look at Calvin Johnson and the Lions. Seahawks will win, because we have a more complete team. When you only rely on a few weapons like the 'Skins, it's easier to shut them down. Our D is so good that even when if our offense isn't clicking, we still have a good chance at winning. We get Brandon Browner back this week, which will be great for defending those deep passes RGIII loves to throw. I could see a couple big interceptions coming out of our Secondary. The 'Skins have an awful defense, so it puts a TON of pressure on RGIII and Morris to perform at an extremely high level. I just don't see that happening.

You have to look at it this way, Wilson doesn't have the same maturity as RG3 but the same determination. RG3 was the heisman, Wilson wasn't. How can you say skins don't have a good D? They made it this far, is there d better then sea hawks? No the Seahawks D is superior. Seems to close to call there offense is almost identical. I say the smarter team wins skins> Seahawks.

with all the controversy about Luck, RG3, and Wilson! why not just go with Alfred Morris rb for roy of the redskins 200 yards 3 tds last night and really an entire solid season over 1600 yards look at the numbers this guy will be a first rounder in fantasy football next year regardless who gets the vote!

Yes, it's a pretty exciting matchup that may answer your question for you. Personally I see two totally different QB's with totally different styles. There team mates will have a lot to do with the outcome of the game and possibly the Rookie of the Year too.

Whichever one receives it, it will be well deserved. Either one has my vote over Luck and the numbers prove that to be true.

Yea honestly i think the seahawks are going to man handle them, Seattles defense is better than the redskins and marshawn lynch comes through in the play-offs i think we all know that, but who ever wins this game should be the OROY
