A cat eye usually consists with smoky-er eyeshadow and a flicked out eyeliner. The wing on the eyeliner gives you that long cat like eyeshape.
With a cat eye, something I suggest is to put a piece of (slightly unsticky) piece of scotch tape at the outer corner of the eye.
Now apply an eyeshadow primer.
Next, apply your eyeshadows. Apply different shades of colors in your crease, on your lid, and on the outer corner. Now BLEND BLEND BLEND! This will make your makeup look super sultry.
Next apply gel eyeliner on your top lid. Keep it thinner in the inner part of the eye and SLIGHTLY go thicker the farther you get to the outer corner. Next create a long thin flick by following the tape. Connect it to the line you made on your lid. Now bring the liner in the inner corner, bringing it towards your nose. This will exaggerate your eyes. Next line your waterline with a black pencil liner and smudge it.
Now peel the tape off, and you will have a harsh line to your eyeshadow and liner.
Next apply mascar to your too and bottom lashes. And apply false lashes.
And your finished with your eyemakeup! Good luck! Hope I helped :)

you can take the eyeliner or eyeshadow and put it in the crease of your eye with your eye open then just move it out and arch up a little bit!
