ok so my step dad drinks about 4 mountain dews a day or more but before he drank mountain dew he always drank energy drinks than my mom told him to stop and he started drinking mountain dew instead everyday like he did with his energy drinks than my mom said it would be better if you went back to drinking energy drinks than mountain dew cause you would at least get nutrients than mountain dew would do for you. so to stop their little argument of which one is better to drink please answer (by the way when i say energy drinks i mean like monster,nos,amp and etc not like those 5 hour drinks) thanks ( :

on friday i found out from my friend that my boyfriend told her that he liked her and that he would break up with me and go out with her instead and she told me that she wasn't going to break up with her boyfriend to go out with him because they have been going for a long time and she doesn't want to ruin anything but i dont think that he hurts like i am cause i thought we were fine nothing was wrong but i guess i was wrong part of me wants to love him still the other part of me says that i dont want him anymore so if we become friends i dont no what i would do nothing would be the same like before would it be weird to become friends after a wierd and horrible break up? any thing would help thank you
