Who are some of the biggest proponents for freedom in the Politics section?

I am somewhat new to this section. Who are some of the people who fight for freedom and the Christian way of life most in this section? I would say I personally have been advocating for freedom much in this section. Without Christian morals our country is doomed.

Update:

@The Contentious Otter: Silly LIEbral freedom is for conservatives.

Update 2:

@Callie: I practice what I preach. If someone sees an injustice, they must go out and crush it. That's why I want to put a stop to atheism and liberalism.

    Well, let me think.....

What do you mean by "freedom"?

If you have too much freedom then everyone can do whatever they want and it turns to a madhouse. And, you probably know what too little freedom is like.

It is hard to say which party wants more freedom.

Conservatives want to make abortions, birth control, and a bunch of other things illegal, and they also want to close Americas boarders and crack down on immigration. On the other hand, they want fewer regulations on companies, fewer gun laws, and less taxes.

Democrats want more gun laws, more taxes on the rich, and more regulations on companies. Although, they also want more open boarders, non-profit health insurance, women's rights, gay marriage, and fewer taxes on the poor.

Overall, I'd say no one is really for more freedom. I'm pretty happy with the level of freedom in this country. I'm more concerned with our financial and foreign policies. Who can help us there is a decision up to you.

Everyone here is a big proponent of freedom. A "Christian way of life" is something else.

There is no science, the study of which is more useful and commendable than the knowledge of the true interest of one's Country; and perhaps there is no kind of learning more abstruse and intricate, more difficult to acquire in any degree of perfection than this, and there fore none more generally neglected. Hence it is, that we every day find men in conversation contending warmly on some point in politics, which, altho' it may clearly concern them both, neither of them understand any more than they do each other.

I think your question demonstrates that you can twist the word 'freedom' to mean pretty much anything you want. It is an almost totally meaningless term - the ultimate example of an empty signifier.

I have read most of your post. And if i may be so humble. You don't preach peace and love in them. Damnation of Gods people is what ive gotten from your sermons. Sorry to have to tell you this isn't the Christian way. But i wasn't sure you knew.

    Me.

The only freedom that liberals pretend to care about involves anal insertion and even then, they want the government to regulate it.

I haven't been very optimistic about anyones views of the good for the people on this forum.

I advocate for freedom, but chances are you won't think that if you're a bibble-thumper.
