What is the REAL reason that married men cheat?

Because they can -- period. Men who are loved and adored by their wives do it. Men who have all the sex they want at home do it. They just do it for the thrill of it. They can make all the excuses they want, but it is a choice they make.

There is not one reason but many. I was married for years and never cheated btw just so you'll know but I knew men who did. Some never were treated to a great sex life at home and they needed that. They loved the wife all right but she did not have the drive that they did. Some were just cheaters at heart thinking it made them more of a man. Some were exceptionally attractive and women threw themselves at them, women who knew they were married too. Why do some women do that? Oh and while I am on that subject why do women cheat...they do you know Some are away from home for long periods of time and just get drunk or tempted. Some couples both cheat as they have become dissatisfied with each other but have children and stay together and apart at the same time. No one can say there is a single reason for infidelity or any other human misdeeds.

Men cheat more then women. The studies that people are talking about are any case of infidelity. What I have found that those studies are pure numbers.

For women cheating is a process. They have to meet a guy that catches their attention, then they have to build some kind of emotional bond. After that they break down their marriage and husband looking for a way to justify the emotions they feel for the other guy. Its only at that point do they allow themselves to cheat.

Men its as simple as a woman being willing to sleep with him.

The difference is men can cheat without it impacting the way he feels about his wife. Women for the most part can't do that. They most have to find fault in the husband, real or not.

Speaking in general of course. Not all cases are the same.

I think that women, who lead married men to cheat are con artist. They know how to ask the right questions to figure out what the man is lacking from his wife. All she has to do is lurk in the background and wait for the man to become weak, so he can unleash all the things that are wrong with his life, and then the tramp pounces. It is important for a wife to be in-tuned to her husbands feelings while he is with hers. Keep it fresh, go out together as often as you can. Take care of you body, dress up, and don't ever become complacent.

I never cheated but I learned that being in a good marriage doesn't stop you from having crushes. People need to be warned of that when they get married. Also, that an affair doesn't start in bed, it starts at dinner or just over coffee. Don't take that first step.

I learned in A&P class that it is something inside a guy's brain...it's different for every guy, but some guys have a lot more promiscuity to them than others. I can't remember exactly what it was, but I know that this particular thing that I'm talking about is specific to guys. However, cheating is a problem that occurs between both genders. A sad problem that seems to not have a "why" behind it.

I think it's not a "man" problem. The question should be "why do people cheat"?

And I think it's a human problem. Something happened that makes them feel that the relationship is disposable.

Resent studies show that women cheat almost as much as men so the question is why do people cheat.

at the same time as there are multiple motives for infidelity the main undemanding reason adult adult males cheat is lack of self belief. winning over a clean conquest makes them experience efficient, valuable.. adult adult males all too commonly experience deep down that they don't seem to be stable sufficient or reliable sufficient.. those are emotions adult adult males themselves do not somewhat comprehend or maybe properly known.. all they be attentive to is they experience extra valuable while they show to themselves that they "nonetheless have what it takes" adult adult males are susceptible.. real stable adult adult males triumph over this weak point and choose marriage with monogamy.

Man's only real excuse for being is to procreate. It's our primal purpose to populate the earth. The WHOLE EARTH! You can't do that with one woman. So being married requires us to suppress the instinctive need to have sex with more than one woman. Love, respect and the responsibilities of marriage is supposed to be enough to make that happen. For some guys, that's not enough.
