Super strict diet ?! Same meals everyday! Help?! 10 points?

I'm 15, 5"11, and i weigh around 180. My doctor said that it's okay since I'm tall, but I'm heading in the wrong direction.

I've recently, as in today, started my Strictly water diet for the liquid side. I now need help with my meals! I want a very, very , VERY strict diet to follow. I'll be doing strictly cardio until i lose weight, and then I'll add in strength training and what not.

Please tell me what i should eat for breakfast , lunch and dinner. I plan on eating the same thing every day.

Also, if you say chicken or something, can you tell me exactly which chicken to get?

Thanks!, I will give 10 points to the most helpful answer.!!!

Update:

Is it possible someone could leave a link to one of these diets?

Grilled chicken is great, you can't really go wrong with it and you can use it in a variety of things. The real key to losing weight, mainly fat, is too make sure that 1) you eat less calories than you burn, 2) you get the protein you need in a day and 3) you don't eat unhealthy food.

You don't need to follow a strict diet you just need to watch what you eat and make sure what your eating is low in fat.

Don't worry about getting 6 meals a day spread out every 3 hours either, many people will say that you need to do this to get lean and muscular (or it might be for bulking, can't remember) but eat when your hungry and make sure that it's a healthy meal or snack and make sure you don't go over your calorie limit.

Also when you do cardio your gonna burn a lot of calories, you know, depending on how long you did cardio for. That means you can eat more, but it's wise to eat enough calories that you'll be at a 500 calorie deficit.

If you eat everyday and your 500 calories lower than what you burn you'll burn about 1lb a week which is a healthy rate to lose weight.

But if you really want a super strict diet you'll have to measure your food and stuff to make sure your getting exactly what you want calorie and protein and fat wise.

Breakfast - I'd probably go for 3 eggs scrambled and some bacon. Egg whites and turkey bacon would be healthier but wouldn't probably taste good, imo.

Lunch - Grilled chicken pasta or something.

Dinner - Grilled chicken or oven baked chicken with zucchini and tons of lemon sprinkled on it with a lil salt and a lot of pepper. (Really healthy and really tasty and is relatively cheap.)

Fish is also a healthy way to go, tons of protein in fish but it's more expensive. For a quick and healthy snack you can mix some albacore or tuna with mayo and salt and pepper and stuff. Tasty, quick and healthy.

There are some really great meal plans on Muscle & Fitness magazines website, and Mens Fitness website. They can give you great plans that will mix up your meals so you are not eating the exact same thing for every meal and it doesnt start to get bland. I am a personal trainer for 5 years now and if you are looking for a great diet plan, just google those websites and browse around. Theres some great healthy recipes on there as well.
