Acid reflux SO BAD and I can't sleep.please help!?

I've been having trouble with what I think I'd acid reflux although some symptoms seem like an ulcer. It woke me up about An hour ago and I've tried everything to be able to go back to bed.I have to work in just a few hours and I'm so tired but what I've been doing is sitting up drinking water slowly and continuously and if I do anything else the pain is unbearable.need to know what to do so I can get a little rest
